Social networking has become the new hot trend online.
And SNatalog is the place to find the perfect network for you

SNatalog is a directory of social networks, organized by catagory. Trying to pin down an exact theme for a network can be hard, especially if it fits in more than one category. I've done my best to keep them all sorted for easy browsing, but you may find better results using the search feature.

Though the definition of a social network is not that precise, I have a general list of features that I consider a social network to have:

• Users can create their own profiles, that exist as unique pages on the site
• Users can also upload photos and videos for sharing
• Users can maintain a personal blog
• Users can create friends lists, and send messages among friends within the site

A website must have these general characteristics to be considered a social network here at SNatalog.

Sites will be rejected from the catalog for the following reasons:

• Contains pornography
• Promotes hate
• Is not in English. In order for me to properly monitor and categorize sites, I need to be able to read their content. Sorry.
• Requires that you register as a member before allowing any browsing of the site. This is a sticky point, but I'm firm on it. Places like Facebook that won't even let you peek inside without joining are not going to be added to this directory
